I introduce the youth of Kashiwa Reysol after this.
A youth is a player aged 18 and below in J. League.

From the youth of Kashiwa Reysol, a large number of many players is produced on the top team.

In J. League in 2011, Hiroki Sakai promoted to the top team became a main player of the top team from the youth, and Kashiwa Reysol won the victory in J1 league.

Moreover, these days in the 92nd Emperor's-Cup , Kashiwa Reysol U-18 which became Chiba prefectural representation by the game twice played a match against the top team.
However, as a Chiba prefectural representative, a youth's strength is known also from having broken through the first game of the Emperor's Cup.

Although the difficulty of training differs from tactics, from Kashiwa ReysolU-12 to Kashiwa ReysolU-18 is playing soccer of the same style.

The history of training of Kashiwa Reysol was old from the first, and it was the beginning to have held the football school which becomes the first as Japan Football Association official recognition at the Hitachi soccer club age in 1969.

After the Yoshida Tatsuma which acts as the head of the present enforcing part was inaugurated as the academy coach in 2003, training of Kashiwa Reysol began to change a lot.
